Discover Lucky Castle Art Studio - Highland Park

Lucky Castle Art Studio offers a diverse range of programs, including fine art lessons for kids, adult workshops, as well as parent and me classes in the mornings. We are passionate about helping students develop their skills and achieve their artistic goals. The programs we offer can differ when it comes to our approach; this is based off of age and the general nature of the lesson or workshop!

At Lucky Castle Art Studio our children’s art lessons are offered from 3:00pm-5:00pm Tuesday-Friday. On the weekends these classes begin at 9:00am and our last session is at 3:00pm. These are 90 minute lessons in a ratio of 1 instructor to 8 student classes. We keep these classes small because of the academic and hands-on nature of the lessons.  We keep these classes small to ensure the students are getting the most enriching lessons possible through adequate one-on-one instruction.  These lessons are targeted for students from the ages of 6-17 years old.

Our parent and me classes will be less rigorous than our children’s art lessons, these classes will be aimed at younger students to be accompanied by a parent. During these classes the students will work on projects that are built to start building their fundamental art skills. These classes will be offered from Tuesday-Saturday during our 11am and 1pm slots. These classes will be 90 minutes long. 

Our Adult workshops will be hosted later in the evenings. The specific days for adult workshops will be announced Two Weeks prior to the day of the event. We will be hosting still life workshops, figure drawing, and paint and sip nights as well. We are hoping to partner with local artist soon to expand the type of adult workshops that we are able to offer. 

We welcome students of all levels, from beginners to experienced artists. Our admissions process is straightforward and our staff is always available to answer any questions you may have. 

Our studio is located at 5622 N Figueroa Street with plenty of shopping, eats, and entertainment within walking distance. We also provide access to a wide range of materials and equipment, so our students can experiment and explore different mediums. The studio can accommodate up to 15 people at a time.
